Karyot Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion

1. Open Karyot and go to Settings > Delete Account, or
2. Email support@coreforge.in from your registered email address.

Use the subject line: Karyot Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your registered email
• App name: Karyot
• Optional reason for deletion

What we delete

• Karyot app account
• Profile data
• Practice, insights, progress, and related study data associated with that account

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or billing-related obligations, and only for as long as reasonably required.

Processing time

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 business days after verification.

Simple workflow

1. You submit the deletion request from your registered email or through the in-app delete-account flow.
2. CoreForge verifies the request.
3. The Karyot account and associated eligible data are scheduled for deletion.
4. A confirmation may be sent once the request is processed.
