LexSprint AI Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of LexSprint AI, developed by CoreForge, can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open LexSprint AI and go to Settings > Delete Account, or
  2. Email support@coreforge.in from your registered email address.

Use the subject line: LexSprint AI Account Deletion Request

Include:

  • Your registered email
  • App name: LexSprint AI
  • Optional reason for deletion

What we delete

  • LexSprint AI app account
  • Profile data
  • Practice, insight, and progress data associated with that account

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing-related obligations, and only for as long as necessary.

Processing time

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 business days after verification of the request.

Simple workflow

  1. You send the request from your registered email.
  2. CoreForge verifies the request.
  3. The LexSprint AI account and associated eligible data are scheduled for deletion.
  4. You may receive a confirmation once processing is completed.
